We?re looking for an experienced payment gateway director for a gaming & IT services company based in Dubai, UAE. This newly created position will report to the chairman directly and lead an efficient team to manage the company?s Digital Payment business and operations. Fintech background is highly desired.

Major Responsibilities:

• Participate in the decision-making of all major strategies and business operations related to the company's payment business, and provide the chairman with decision-making data, industry analysis and other relevant information for decision making.
• Organize, formulate, revise, and implement various plans such as the group's payment sector's annual operation according to the group's strategic goals and strategies; supervise and control the implementation process of the business plan, and promote the realization of the company's strategic business goals.
• Timely report the implementation of business strategy and plan, capital utilization and profit and loss, organization and personnel deployment, appointment and dismissal, and other major matters.
• Participate in the design, monitoring and improvement of business processes, participate in important work meetings of core departments, ensure a good internal environment for the company's development and operation, and improve business operating efficiency.
• Responsible for building a reasonable organizational structure of the company, consistent with strategic goals; systematically promote the company's management level, and create an efficient organizational system by improving systems, processes, assessment incentives and other measures.
• Responsible for reviewing annual budget and final accounts, and controlling reasonable expenses.
• Regularly report the business status to the chairman and submit annual reports.
• Responsible for establishing leadership channels, improving the quality of leaders, focusing on the cultivation of company talents, the excavation of talent potential and the reserve of talents.

Requirements:
? 12+ years of relevant working experience in gaming and/or fintech industries with a minimum of 5 years holding the same/similar post.

? Have management experience at the strategic level of the payment group company, have successful operation and management experience, and those who hold core positions are preferred;

? Familiar with relevant policies, regional dynamics, and development trends of the payment industry, have advanced management concepts, and have strong strategy formulation and implementation capabilities.

? Possess certain social resources and personal connections, strong communication skills, public relations skills and decision-making skills.

? Quick thinking, strong learning ability, able to quickly grasp various knowledge related to the company's business.

? Possess excellent team management and leadership skills, planning & logical analysis skills, cross-departmental collaboration skills, communication skills, and strong adaptability to a dynamic working environment.

? Mandarin Chinese speaking is a must.
