About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Customer Success and Business Development. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the key client relationships in the MENA region for Circles. You will be responsible for driving overall customer success and engagement, with a focus on fostering strong relationships, revenue generation, and account development.

This role will be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintenance and growth of revenue from existing accounts in Middle East and Africa
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and account management.
  • Understand clients\' needs, objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for growing existing accounts.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products or services.
  • Monitor key account metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products or services and tailor solutions to meet clients\' evolving needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 15-20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with proven experience in account management, business development, customer success, and/or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
