Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to lead and expand our recruitment and outsourcing operations across the GCC & Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing growth strategies, developing new markets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue generation through effective sales and client partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment, manpower supply, and outsourcing services across the GCC and UK regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

Provide support to the Business Development team, set targets for them and support to achieve their targets, actively participate in meetings and related activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Maintain strong relationships with government entities to facilitate outsourcing projects.

Enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent relationship management.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant field.

10+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership in the recruitment or outsourcing industry in UAE.

Fluency in both Arabic and English

Open to candidates of any nationality.

Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, outsourcing trends, and staffing practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving license is essential.

AED 10 K - 15 K + 15% of net profit from acquired business
