Les responsabilités comprennent l'assistance au responsable de ligne dans le marketing et la promotion, la budgétisation et la planification financière et la tarification pour respecter les prix/budgets convenus, la direction et l'organisation de tous les services de l'hôtel et le maintien des normes et des enregistrements de qualité applicables tout en aidant à la responsabilité de commander et d'obtenir des fournitures , contrôle de la qualité et gestion de tous les membres de l'équipe.
Cela inclut tous les aspects de la gestion quotidienne, y compris la réception, l'entretien ménager, la nourriture et les boissons, le chef/cuisine, loisirs, ressources humaines, comptabilité et commercial/marketing et animer, accompagner et assister ces chefs de service.

Responsibilities include assisting the Line Manager with marketing and promotion, budgeting and financial planning and pricing to adhere to agreed prices/budgets, directing and organising all of the hotel's services and maintaining applicable quality standards and records whilst assisting with the responsibility for ordering and obtaining supplies, quality control and management of all team members.
This includes every aspect of the day to day running including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, Chef/kitchen, leisure, human resources, accounts and sales/marketing and managing, supporting and assisting these department heads.
