Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager

to drive

F&B and catering sales growth

in the Doha market.

Job Overview

We are looking for a

target-oriented professional

with hands-on experience in

corporate catering, B2B food sales, and F&B marketing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving catering orders, and overseeing online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new

corporate, institutional, and catering clients

. Develop and implement

sales strategies

to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct

sales visits

, product presentations, and client meetings to generate orders. Handle

bulk and B2B catering inquiries

, ensuring smooth coordination from order to delivery. Manage

online sales channels

and ensure an excellent customer experience. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business. Prepare

sales forecasts and performance reports

. Represent the company at

events, exhibitions, and business networking sessions

.

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years' experience

in

F&B, catering, or hospitality sales

. Proven success in

corporate or catering sales

(B2B). Strong understanding of

F&B market trends

in Qatar. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

.

Qatar driving license

is mandatory.

Arabic-speaking candidates

or

Qatari nationals

preferred. Ability to work

independently

, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
