Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
credit card products
to eligible customers through field sales, cold calling, and referrals.
Identify client needs and offer suitable card solutions based on eligibility and credit profile.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Maintain accurate and complete application records as per compliance and policy standards.
Provide after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in credit card or financial product sales
in the UAE.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
