The Role
Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling \xe2\x80\xa2 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the territory/market\xe2\x80\x99s potential, track sales and status reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Relationship management skills and openness to feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or a related field
