Job Title: Direct Manager

Job Summary:

The Direct Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to achieve departmental goals and company objectives. This role ensures daily operations are performed efficiently, team members are supported and developed, and strategic plans are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth. Goal Setting: Set clear team and individual performance goals aligned with company objectives. Task Management: Assign and monitor tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Performance Monitoring: Track and assess team productivity and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Communication: Act as a communication link between upper management and the team, ensuring clarity in direction and expectations. Problem Solving: Address and resolve team or operational challenges promptly and effectively. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and any critical issues. Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions or development plans for team members. Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources (tools, budgets, and personnel) to ensure effective use.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Proficiency in project management and relevant software tools.
