Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when necessary.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations at all times.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Process payments and thank guests upon departure.
Support team members and participate in daily briefings and trainings.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, customer-focused, and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage services.
Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays as needed.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
