Dining Supervisor
to oversee the dining area and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily dining operations and front-of-house staff Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining presentation Train, schedule, and support waiters/waitresses and reception staff Coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain service flow Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Assist in inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in F&B Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
