Job Description
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Engineering)
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes. Experience with SCADA applications (e.g., WinCC,). Knowledge of PLC/RTU programming concepts and OT networks. Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA). Experience with data analytics, SQL, Python, and dashboard tools. Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), API integrations, and digital workflows. Knowledge of asset management systems (Maximo, Infor, SAP EAM) is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Cross-functional teamwork skills (operations, IT, OT, engineering). Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in utility digitalization, smart city projects, or smart water systems. Exposure to hydraulic modeling software (e.g., InfoWorks, Bentley WaterGEMS). Experience with digital twins or advanced analytics models for water networks. Certifications in digital transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity, or project management.
