Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Digital Twin SME to join our team! In this role you will get to develop a digital twin strategy, specifications, and implementation plan alongside an extremely innovative client in a program management office for a new development in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Twin technology.

Identify, evaluate and adapt over-the-horizon new Technologies in Digital Twins, Building Information Modelling, and propose and prioritize new technology programs and projects related to such technologies to management.

Provide guidance and advice to internal and external customers on the types of digital twins and their required maturity levels, including digital twin qualification processes, to meet the application\xe2\x80\x99s intended outcomes.

Work with team members to develop strategic plans, implementation methodologies, and benchmarks, and best use cases for Parsons growing clientele.

Build upon Parsons current expertise in Building Information Modeling and Digital Twins.

Explore capabilities and collaboration/partnership opportunities with potential Industry partners with demonstrated expertise in the Digital Twin/ Digital Thread area.

Lead or participate in technical project teams in areas of expertise. Deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Maintain good relations with customers and coworkers. Mentor less experienced colleagues.

Stay actively informed about technical, business, and management developments affecting Parsons and its customers and promptly communicate this information to management.

Ensure that all Parsons Quality System requirements concerning technical work within assigned areas of responsibility are fulfilled as it pertains the Digital Twin Strategies/Implementations.

Align with net-zero sustainability initiatives both for Parsons and our esteemed clients.

Responsible to craft in tandem with the client a strategic digital twin plan, specifications, and implementation plan as the governing document for the Master Developer to use to engage all their consultants, and contractors. This plan must be robust, innovative, and streamlined to meet the aggressive schedule for delivery.

What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

Masters Degree in Business or Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years Experience in the Construction/Engineering Field.

Minimum of 2 years Experience developing and managing a Digital Twin (must be able to provide case study of former projects).

Must have prior BIM experience (Design/Construction and/or Operational).

Must have experience utilizing industry leading software i.e. Autodesk, Oracle, MS, Honeywell etc.

Prior Middle Eastern Experience.

Expert Level Proficiency in the English Language (reading/writing) this role requires heavy use of reading/writing/communicating in English.

What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:

Autodesk Tandem Skills.

BIM 360 / Revit Skills.

Expert Level in reading/writing English.

Advanced Knowledge of Cloud Based Digital Twin Architecture & Industry Services.
