Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Technology Advisory.
Proven background in digital strategy formulation, enterprise technology implementation, and process re-engineering.
Knowledge of cloud computing, AI, automation tools, data analytics, and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong understanding of digital governance, innovation management, and business transformation frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience advising senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver outcomes within complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background
Experience in the banking, financial services, or government sectors.
Professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
