What You'll Be Doing:




Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Mastery




Strategically identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email marketing, and social platforms. Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth. Design and execute winning sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building




Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to decision-makers. Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure win-win outcomes. Cultivate long-term client relationships, proactively solving problems and adding value.

Market & Competitive Intelligence




Stay ahead of the curve by tracking digital trends, competitors, and emerging tech. Use insights from market research to fine-tune messaging and identify growth opportunities.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration




Guide and mentor sales team members, helping them hit their stride and exceed targets. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive a unified go-to-market approach.

Sales Performance & Strategic Reporting




Monitor sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Present actionable insights and forecasts to leadership to inform strategy and planning.

What You Bring to the Table:




Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

5 to 7 Years of experience Proven success in digital or tech sales--bonus if you've sold IT solutions before. Stellar communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. Strong negotiator with a track record of closing complex deals. CRM-savvy and comfortable using sales enablement tools. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. *

Native Arabic-speaking nationals are preferred.
