Hash Media is seeking candidates with convincing communication and persuasive power, confident and a go getter attitude. Ready to work on Commission Basis and salary on the completing the target
- Prospect new business through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
- Generate leads with an aim to increase sales and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.
- Understand client needs and present services appropriately to make sale.
- Maintain call logs and rigorously follow ups leads or actions as per conversation.
- Obtain customer information (such as name, address, number, email id) for future reference and record such information.
- Create client proposals with support from operations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and active client jobs with the operations team.
- Submit daily reports to management with details of calls made, leads generated, sale conversion.
- Developing and maintaining new and existing client relationship.
- Supporting all sales and marketing activities in UAE.
- Attend weekly management / team meetings. Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or MBA in Marketing (with tele sales /promotions /events experience).
- Ability to convert lead into sale.
- Excellent communication skills and convincing power with fluency in English (local language an advantage).
- Should be result oriented and be able to work independently and under pressure
- Candidates with Own Visa will be given preference Part-time hours: 48 per week
