The Digital Sales Agent is responsible for handling all digital customer inquiries, converting leads to bookings, and ensuring an excellent customer journey through digital platforms (website, apps, social media, WhatsApp, etc.). The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via website chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Guide customers through the booking process, upselling additional services (insurance, add-ons, upgrades, etc.).
Handle digital leads from various channels and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Collaborate with the operations and fleet team to ensure vehicle availability.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor online reviews and feedback, and escalate service issues when necessary.
Ensure customer data is entered accurately into CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed monthly digital sales targets.
Stay updated on new promotions, vehicle types, rental terms, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, customer service, or similar role.
Experience in the car rental, travel, or mobility sector is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and online booking systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a passion for closing sales and exceeding targets.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
