a strategic and execution-focused
Digital Product Manager
to lead our fast-growing digital category--covering
PSN, iTunes, Xbox, Steam, Google Play
, and other popular prepaid cards sold on
Geekay.com and the Geekay App
. The candidate will own product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, vendor coordination, and overall category growth. The role requires someone with excellent sourcing skills, supply chain agility, and a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor & Product Management
Manage a network of 15+ digital card vendors; negotiate pricing and terms to maximize margins.
Ensure consistent product availability by managing vendor APIs and real-time stock sync.
Identify new digital product opportunities based on regional demand and customer trends.
Build partnerships with new suppliers to expand portfolio and secure exclusivity where possible.
2. Category Growth & Profitability
Define and own the digital cards roadmap, targeting revenue growth and margin optimization.
Analyze pricing trends, competitive positioning, and profitability metrics.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to drive campaigns and upsell initiatives for digital products.
3. Operational Excellence
Monitor performance of API-integrated stock feeds, resolving issues promptly with tech and vendor teams.
Set up fallback sourcing mechanisms to avoid stockouts and protect customer experience.
Work closely with customer service to resolve order issues, refunds, and escalation scenarios.
4. Sales & Promotions Strategy
Plan and execute monthly sales activations and bundles (e.g., PSN + Game promotions).
Create targeted campaigns for high-performing and seasonal products.
Monitor transaction volume and card delivery accuracy through the customer journey.
5. Product Upload & Content Accuracy
Ensure digital card listings are always accurate, updated, and visually consistent.
Liaise with content teams to align product descriptions, images, and banner creatives.
Key Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in digital product or category management within eCommerce or tech retail.
Proven track record in vendor management, pricing strategy, and digital SKU lifecycle.
Strong understanding of online prepaid ecosystems and digital wallet ecosystems.
Familiarity with API integrations and inventory syncing tools.
Preferred Skills:
Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills.
Hands-on problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Strong knowledge of gaming and pop culture digital product trends.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
