Job Description

We are hiring a skilled

Digital Printing Finalizer & Operator

to handle file finalization, print preparation, and machine operation for indoor and outdoor digital printing. The candidate should have good knowledge of print file requirements, quality checks, and production processes. This role includes supporting finishing work such as cutting, lamination, and basic post-print handling when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesFile Finalization & Print Preparation

Prepare and finalize print-ready files by checking: Correct sizing and dimensions Bleed and crop marks Resolution and image quality Color settings and print accuracy Ensure artwork is ready for printing without errors or rework Coordinate with the design team or sales team for corrections when needed

Machine Operation & Printing

Operate digital printing machines for

indoor and outdoor

printing jobs Load and manage print media such as vinyl, banner, sticker, paper, and other materials Set up print settings based on job requirements (quality, size, material type, finishing) Monitor printing output during production to maintain consistent quality and color

Quality Control

Check prints before, during, and after production to ensure: Sharp output and correct colors No banding, lines, or machine marks Correct alignment and finishing margins Identify print issues early and solve basic troubleshooting issues

Finishing Support (If Required)

Support post-print finishing work such as: Cutting / trimming Lamination (hot/cold) Pasting on foam board / acrylic (basic)*
Packing and preparing materials for delivery/installation

Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years

experience in digital printing operations or print production Knowledge of

print file setup

(bleed, resolution, sizing, color mode) Experience working with indoor/outdoor printing materials (vinyl, banner, sticker, poster, etc.) Ability to manage production deadlines and handle multiple jobs Basic understanding of finishing processes like lamination and cutting Good teamwork and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

? Experience with RIP software (basic knowledge is a plus)
? Knowledge of printer maintenance (cleaning / nozzle checks / routine care)
? Eye for detail and quality control
? Ability to work overtime when required (project-based)
