Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Digital Printing & Branding Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.

This role is best suited for someone with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and an understanding of

printing, branding, and promotional materials

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate

new business opportunities

for digital printing and branding services Approach potential customers through

calls, visits, emails, and networking

Handle client inquiries professionally and provide the right solutions based on customer needs Prepare

quotations, proposals, and pricing

for printing and branding jobs Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve monthly targets Coordinate with the

design and production teams

to ensure order requirements, materials, and timelines are met Maintain proper tracking of leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales records Ensure customer satisfaction by providing updates, handling concerns, and solving issues quickly Build long-term relationships and encourage

repeat business

from existing clients Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new products in the printing industry

Indoor & outdoor signage Vinyl stickers, vehicle branding, and window graphics Roll-up banners, backdrops, exhibition branding Business cards, brochures, flyers, menus Acrylic/wood engraving & custom items Promotional gifts and corporate branding Packaging labels and customized printing

Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years

experience in sales (printing/branding experience is an advantage) Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Familiar with Qatar market and client handling Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus (if applicable)*
