Must Have:
- 9+ years of experience in Digital Portfolio Management or in a similar field.
- Skilled in managing the Strategic Digital Portfolio and Operations, including budget preparation and project registration.
- Hands-on experience in driving Agile methodology adoption within the Digital Portfolio Section and with Product Owners.
- Expertise in facilitating Master PI sessions to break down approved BRDs into work packages and manage technology portfolios and deliver on OKRs.
- Experienced in managing Portfolio risk and compliance, taking appropriate actions and escalations as needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or in a relevant field
