Contract Duration: 11 to 12 months (extendable based on business requirements

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope, objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables for the provision of professional services to support client in accelerating enterprise digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through comprehensive platform program management and implementation services.

Objectives

Provide expert oversight and hands-on support for client's digital transformation initiatives

Implement scalable, modern, and cloud-aligned platform solutions

Ensure timely, secure, and business-aligned delivery of all digital initiatives

Scope of Services:

The service provider shall perform the following tasks as part of the engagement:

client's digital transformation: Utilize industry-standard project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) to plan, manage, and report on transformation projects, ensuring timely and aligned delivery of business outcomes.

Digital Transformation Leadership Support

:

Support client leadership by coordinating digital programs and projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, ensuring executive visibility, and maintaining comprehensive program reporting.

Platform Strategy s Integration

:

Ensure adherence to architectural discipline in accordance with client's governance model; define and document platform architecture; oversee implementation of system integration initiatives; and ensure alignment with both business and technical strategies.

Technical Business Analysis

:

Ensure business functional requirements to be converted into comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation exercise involving technical teams, ensure alignment with governance protocols established by client and validate requirements with stakeholders, and help translating them into secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.

Cloud Solution Engineering

:

Support and manage cloud architecture design and engineering efforts; facilitate the deployment of cloud-based platforms, primarily on Microsoft Azure, including support for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Custom Development Management

:

Assist client's technical teams in managing the end- to-end software development lifecycle; track interdependent tasks across front-end and back-end teams; ensure delivery alignment with business requirements and agreed development plans.

Data Integration s Analytics Enablement

:

Oversee and monitor the implementation of data integration solutions, including ETL pipelines and API development, to enable secure and efficient real-time data access and analytics capability.

Requirements:

PMP or equivalent certification Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability in managing technical and business priorities 16-20 years in banking experience
