Role Summary
Convert designer sketches or samples into accurate digital patterns ready for production using CAD software.
Key Responsibilities
Work with designers to interpret designs and technical details
Create and grade digital 2D patterns using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g. Gerber, Lectra, Optitex)
Adjust patterns based on sample fittings or feedback Interview
Maintain organized files, version control, and technical documentation
Ensure all patterns meet quality and manufacturing standards
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years' experience in digital pattern making, preferably in womenswear or lifestyle fashion
Portfolio required showcasing CAD pattern work or digital garments
Proficient in CAD pattern software; knowledge of CLO?3D or Browzwear is a plus
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabrics
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and ability to work with design and production teams
Problem?solving ability and time?management skills
