The Closet is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with strong digital knowledge and expertise. You will be responsible for driving our online sales and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day digital operations and performance of our e-commerce site, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize website and APP performance, including user experience, site functionality, and search engine optimization
- Oversee website and APP maintenance, troubleshooting and liaise with technical support teams as required
- Monitor and report on site analytics, metrics, and KPIs to improve website performance and customer experience
- Manage the supply chain processes for our online store, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions and other digital initiatives to drive online sales growth
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the digital team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technology, recommending changes and improvements where necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital operations management
- Strong understanding of digital technology and e-commerce platforms, and the ability to work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, preferably with experience in Shopify.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
