Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) is the health information exchange operator behind Malaffi, the UAE's pioneering platform connecting public and private healthcare providers across Abu Dhabi. By securely consolidating and sharing patient health records, ADHDS empowers clinicians with real-time insights, enhances care coordination, and supports safer, more efficient, and more personalized treatment. Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Buying

  • Research and select optimal digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, programmatic networks)
  • Manage ad execution and inventory across display, video, search, and social channels
  • Allocate advertising budgets strategically across channels and campaigns
  • Develop media plans aligned with product launches and marketing objectives
Campaign Management
  • Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Configure advanced targeting parameters (demographics, interests, behaviors, keywords, lookalike audiences)
  • Manage bidding strategies and optimize for cost-efficiency (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make data-driven optimizations
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters for accurate attribution
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for organic search opportunities
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements
  • Monitor search engine rankings and organic traffic performance
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with content teams on SEO-optimized content development
  • Track and report on organic search performance metrics
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, Quality Score)
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Provide recommendations for budget reallocation based on performance data
  • Calculate and report ROI/ROAS across all paid media channels
  • Monitor competitor advertising activities and industry benchmarks
Platform & Tool Expertise
  • Maintain deep expertise in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X(Twitter) Ads)
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or any relevant qualitication
  • 3-5 years in digital media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets with measurable ROI
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, X(Twitter) Ads)
  • Good knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization
  • Experience with B2B or B2G digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for performance and cost-efficiency
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics
  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
