Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and Creative Digital Marketing Executive FEMALE with expertise in SEO, web design, managing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads campaigns, and an experience in health care sector to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketer/Growth Hacker/Graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and generating leads, improving search engine rankings, enhancing the user experience of our website, and implementing successful advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
  • Working independently to shape the visual aspects of websites, app design, training material, social media creatives, service catalogue and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement visually appealing web pages that enhance user experience.
  • Use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements.
  • Manage and optimize Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, targeting, bidding, and performance analysis.
  • Implement conversion tracking and utilize data insights to optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Configure Google Analytics to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing, web design, and advertising.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other marketing tools to measure the success of SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and tools, and recommend their integration where appropriate.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Web Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on SEO and creative designs. Proficiency in web design principles and tools, particularly Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.
