We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Unit Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing with good expertise in all marketing funnels. This leadership role requires a strong background in managing teams and a passion for working within an agency environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of marketing enthusiasts across multiple departments, including SEO, performance marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, creative, and development, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities to support team growth and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A passion for staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
