As a Digital Marketing Specialist at The Closet, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute online campaigns, analyze data, and optimize our digital presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink outreach to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, email marketing, and social media channels to attract and retain our target audience.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, create compelling posts, and interact with our online community to build brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to adapt our marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize results while staying within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and the fashion industry is a plus.
