5-6 years of experience in Perfume Manufacturing Companies, Arabic national , Age Preference below 35 years . We prefer candidate available in UAE for face to face interview.Responsibilities

• Customer Representatives are to interact directly with customers via: e-mail, phone & social media. All queries to be responded to efficiently and informatively, with polite language in English or Arabic.
• Reviewing all posts and comments shared by customers on (Instagram, Facebook) social media, liking posts and providing positive compliments to customers, or answering any questions.
• Handling all "offline" sales in Middle East & Internationally. Continuing correspondences for any purchases that are made via phone, email and social media. Giving correct pricing and product information to customers. Allocating GWP on orders, as well as received and sharing invoices and payment links.
• Any enquires that cannot be answered, can be passed onto the respective person in another department (i.e. distributor inquires).
• Instagram to be handled on IPAD - During working days Customer Representative is responsible to take care of all enquires and reply to customers, during weekends PR executive will take charge.
• Arabic Translation work to be divided between PR executive and Customer Representative.
• Checks Arabic texts of NPD Artworks
• Agreements / Legal documents
• Handles translation (English - Arabic) for Operations department
• Translations into Arabic for social media and marketing needs.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Other Requirements;
Minimum 3-5 year experience in Perfume Manufacturing Industry.
Preferred candidate who is well versed in Arabic/English reading and writing.
Bachelors/Masters or other related degree.
Well versed with IT Skills (Good MS office knowledge is must).
Strong ability to work on multiple tasks or assignments.
Good communication skills. Qualification: Bachelor degree, specialization or courses in Social media digital marketing required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
