Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media (SMM) strategy for the brand.
Conduct competitive analysis and ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Create, maintain, and manage a structured content plan for social media platforms.
Delegate tasks and coordinate work with external contractors, including:
Targeted advertising specialists
Interior designers (when required for marketing purposes)
Design and oversee the development of creative assets for social media channels.
Manage Google Reviews, including monitoring feedback, responding to reviews, and maintaining brand reputation.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging new audiences.
