Job Description
To perform a variety of tasks related to Digital Marketing and Media working closely with the Management and Leadership team to develop and evolve the brand and digital marketing strategy for RedSea Desert - RAK
- Digital Marketing Strategic planning Contribute to the companywide market strategy transformation for Lead Generation.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Curate content marketing materials and use them in purpose Executing online marketing campaigns to achieve online sales revenue Executing Search.
- Innovate and present new digital marketing practices and ideas to evolve the online presence of the company
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Create and define a clear SEO strategy (tech and non-tech)
- Manage email marketing campaigns and tools
- Work closely with the brand and communications to create unique and engaging content based on analytics and testing
- Understand Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant tools to ensure optimum input and output from agencies
- Keep abreast of new online content strategies and digital marketing trends implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and present to leadership when required
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to optimize marketing performance, spend and meet KPI\'s, while also driving sustainable results (ROI)
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing operations
- Provide thought leadership perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
