Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist & IT Support at Grassitup, you will have a dual role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while also providing internal IT support to our team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in both digital marketing and IT support. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings (SEO). \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and implement social media marketing strategies to engage our target audience and enhance brand recognition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and schedule email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets. IT Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide internal IT support to resolve hardware and software issues for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure data security and assist with data backups and recovery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage IT inventory and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creativity and an eye for design. \xe2\x80\xa2 IT skills and knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements

Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
