About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and eager to grow in the digital marketing field. You'll be responsible for running ads, driving traffic, improving SEO rankings, and creating strategies that help our clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, YouTube). Handle

SEO end-to-end

, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building. Write and optimise

blog content and web pages

for SEO performance. Develop and execute

social media marketing strategies

for multiple clients. Manage and optimise

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

campaigns (a plus). Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to improve ROI. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Manage and grow clients' social media accounts (mainly Instagram) Plan and schedule posts with consistent brand tone Brainstorm and brief content ideas for photos, videos, and captions

Requirements:

Experience with

Google Ads

and

SEO

(hands-on experience preferred). Strong understanding of

digital marketing metrics and analytics tools

(Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Basic experience with

social media advertising

(Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Excellent English writing and communication skills. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects efficiently. Based in

Dubai

or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

Experience with

content creation

and

social media strategy

. Knowledge of

WordPress

. Google Ads or Meta certifications. 1-2 years of experience in social media or content planning (agency/freelance a plus) Creativity and good sense of design trends Strong organization and communication skills No senior campaign experience required

Compensation:

AED

3,000 - 5,000/month

, depending on experience and skills. Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
