Job Description
Our Pharmaceutical and E-Commerce Company is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth for our pharmaceutical, food supplements, skin & hair care, baby & mother care products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are executed effectively, and to identify areas of improvement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize our company\'s digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and management of content marketing assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to support the sales team\'s efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have access to the necessary digital marketing assets and tools to support their sales efforts.
- Provide customer service support through digital channels, including social media and email, and ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and trends.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ensure that our company stays ahead of the curve.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro to create and edit visual and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro to create and edit visual and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in content management, customer service, and supporting sales teams is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skill is required.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
