We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Female Digital Marketing Specialist

(Spouse Visa Holders Only) to join our growing team! You will play a key role in managing our digital presence, creating engaging campaigns, and driving online growth. The role also includes basic administrative works.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

SEO & SEM:

Enhance website visibility with effective SEO strategies and manage paid ad campaigns.

Content Creation:

Develop and manage creative content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.

Email Marketing:

Launch targeted email campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results.

Social Media Management:

Schedule posts, engage with followers, and keep up with social media trends.

Performance Analysis:

Use tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager to track results and generate reports.

Website Updates:

Coordinate with developers to keep the website updated, SEO-friendly, and user-centric.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand voice and standards.

Lead Generation:

Implement lead capture and nurturing strategies through various digital channels.

Market Research:

Stay informed on digital trends, competitor strategies, and industry updates.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field/ Diploma in related field

Experience:

1-3 years in digital marketing or a similar role

Technical Skills:

SEO tools and strategies Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager Email platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication both English & Malayalam(written & verbal) Analytical mindset with creative thinking Good time management and multitasking abilities

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
