Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:

Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and schedule posts, monitor social media trends, and interact with followers.
Email Marketing:

Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement strategies to increase online visibility.
Paid Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills (Desirable):

Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Graphic design skills for creating digital assets.
Certification in digital marketing or related field.
