Job Summary: Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends as well as competitive landscape
Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings, user experience and conversion rates
Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management as well as performance tracking
Research competitors\' pricing and products
Decide on appropriate placement of ads
Determine what content will reach customers
Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow the company\'s social media followership and drive traffic to the website
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos as well as email newsletters
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with successful track record of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing and display advertising
Strong experience with web analytics and data-driven decision-making
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content for different digital channels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Must be self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software as well as content management systems (CMS)
