Job Summary: Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends as well as competitive landscape
  • Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings, user experience and conversion rates
  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management as well as performance tracking
  • Research competitors\' pricing and products
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads
  • Determine what content will reach customers
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow the company\'s social media followership and drive traffic to the website
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos as well as email newsletters
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with successful track record of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing and display advertising
  • Strong experience with web analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
  • Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content for different digital channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software as well as content management systems (CMS)
