We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as social media, email, and paid advertising. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, and will be able to measure and report on the success of campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify key trends and insights
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
- Monitor and measure the success of campaigns using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and drive sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising such as Meta ads, Tiktok and Google shopping
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Results-driven mindset and a strong focus on ROI
