The Digital Marketing Specialist is a team member who is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone who appears to be creative, analytical, and experienced with all aspects of a digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital plans. Role Responsibilities
Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Creating clear and relevant briefs for visual concepts for promotional activities
Managing the digital marketing calendar (the social editorial calendar and the Ad-Hoc resources)
Safeguarding the online presence and reputation of the company and the brand
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
Tracking digital marketing performance
Creating and updating digital marketing reports and quarterly audits to be presented to senior leadership.
Optimize Media Buying/Traffic Acquisition
Role Duties
Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
Research advertising trends.
Research competitors\xe2\x80\x99 online footprint.
Decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
Determine what content will reach customers.
Develop projects to create content.
Publish digital marketing content online.
Implement email marketing campaigns.
Measure digital traffic.
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Optimise paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
Implement experiments and conversion tests.
Required Skillset & Qualifications
Certification and/or Degree in Digital Marketing or similar
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Experience with digital marketing automation software
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Knowledge of web publishing
Proficiency with SEO tools
Advanced written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
