We are looking for immediate start a digital marketing specialist for a new art gallery that is located in Al Quoz Art District. This is a full-time role as a digital marketer and hands-on support function to the gallery.

• Marketing

- Developing and executing the marketing activities for the gallery - Provide support in handling press-related initiatives. - Managing social media, online galleries and website of the gallery by keeping the channels up to date and creating quality content to increase reach and engagement. - Building CRM database and building and executing activation programs.

• Administration

- Carry out general administrative duties, such as answering emails, typing correspondence, answering telephone calls as well as opening and closing the gallery when needed. - Manage transportation of artworks - Keep track of the overall gallery budget and bookkeeping. - Visitor Service - Proactively welcome, orientate and support visitors in the gallery, in order to help them get the most from their visit - Enhance the visitor experience by demonstrating knowledge of the permanent collection, current and planned exhibitions

• REQUESTED COMPETENCIES

- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Dubai
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Excellent in English speaking and writing
- Planning and Prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills and high EQ
- Problem solving and \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
- Self-driven, and can take initiatives
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Contract length: 24 months
