Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for multiple businesses across the group.
- Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies with business development team.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Liaise with media & PR agencies, influencers and other vendors
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Create budgets and KPI for marketing campaigns and measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc).
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date and create performance reports for all marketing campaigns across the group.
- Support in Data gathering & Data entry.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
- Google or Meta digital marketing certification (Preferred)
