Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager (planning, executing, and reporting all kinds of Digital Marketing Activities) in a reputed Digital Marketing Agency.
Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing/Advertising
Sound knowledge of Digital Tracking, Strategy, Digital Tools, KPIs, Reporting, Social Media Content, etc.
Proficient in Google Ads, Social Ads, SEO, Programmatic Buying, Semantic Ads, Native Ads, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital PR, Email Marketing, Mobile Ads, etc.
Language Skills:
Proficient in English Language (Spoken & Written). Great communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
Certifications:
Google Black Belt, Google Digital Garage, Facebook Blueprint
Digital Tools Experience (minimum of 6 years' experience):
Hubspot, Hootsuite, MailChimp, SEMRush, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Events Manager, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, SimilarWeb, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Ads Manager, Social Bakers, Fanpage Karma, Vaizle, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Seoptimer, Minter, Sprout Social
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
Creating social media content banks for all social platforms, including creative copywriting for captions
Replying to all the comments and messages received on social media platforms on daily basis
Creating monthly social media organic performance reports with the help of Sprout Social, Facebook Analytics and Minter
Website CMS:
Creating events and implementing tracking on the table reservation widget's CMS (SerVme) for new food & beverage offers and ticketed events, and using it for ads to get table reservations
Creating forms and thank you pages on the hotel's website CMS whenever required, based on the ad strategy
Digital Ads Tracking, Setup & Execution:
Sound Knowledge of setting up and tracking e-commerce purchases, form submissions, calls generated, etc.
End to end Campaign setup, Keyword Research, Competition Analysis, Ad Content Creation, Keywords Optimization
Setting up, executing, and measuring all types of Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Social Ads, Programmatic Ads, Semantic Ads, Native Ads, 3rd Party Banner Ads, Affiliate Marketing Campaigns with 3rd parties based on monthly media plans created by the Associate Director of Marketing.
SEO Coordination:
Coordinating with the SEO agency on monthly objectives and quarterly goals and analysing their reports
Digital Marketing Performance Reports:
Updating weekly Digital Performance Marketing Report excel sheets for all the Digital campaigns
Creating a Monthly Reporting and Analytics PPT to analyze traffic data and effectively leverage them to drive digital program effectiveness.
Digital Transformation & Research Skills:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
A quick learner with a will to proactively go beyond the brief
Remain up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
