Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for organizing and running timely marketing campaigns over social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. 2. Research and implement latest ideas for Posts that will increase the Audience Engagement 3. Develop and implement Social media strategy for Brand awareness, positioning and audience engagement. 4. Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site. 5. Should be aware about proxy ad account and Sub-Domain, should be up to date with Key Social Media Trends 6. Optimizes content following SEO and Pay-per-Click (PPC)/ Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization 7. Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects 8. Create and manage effective influencer marketing campaigns 9. Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits 10. Creating and gather content. Create and schedule daily posts on our social media channels. 11. Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements. 12. Interacting with customers via the company's social media accounts. 13. Working with social media influencers to develop social media marketing campaigns to sell products and services. 14. Researches and monitors activity of company competitors 15. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages 16. Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. 17. Able to launch surveys and events for enhancing the digital presence of the company. 18. Generating maximum views on the Social sites including Facebook, Instagram & Twitter 19. Coordinated with the creative team for ideation & execution of various video, photographs, content creation & marketing, Managed SMS campaigns for the brand. 20. Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual social media reports on the development and progress of our social media platforms and incorporate optimization strategies and analyze data. Requirements 1. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment 2. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions 3. Creative and experienced with Canva 4. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist 5. Excellent Communication - Verbal & Written, Listening skills 6. Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment 7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 8. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 9. Fluent in English 10. 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
