Job Description

As part of expansion of our team, we are looking for a digital marketing specialist to manage in-house digital marketing activities and to generate more traffic to the company websites and generate inbound enquiries. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordination and implementation of best Digital Marketing Practices for the company websites. Candidate must be goal oriented and be able to generate organic enquiries for company services. Key Areas of Responsibility

  • perfect work experience in multiple SEO project is compulsory. Agency experience will be an added advantage
  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategies
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Hands-on experience in On Page, Off Page and Technical SEO
  • Experience in working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
  • Knowledge in App Search Optimisation (ASO)
  • Social Media Management and Marketing
