Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Formulates strategies and leads execution to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Plans and monitors the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.). Launches optimize online adverts through Google Ads/Adsense, Adwords, and Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Leads all SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Prepares online newsletters and promotional messages and organize their distribution and performance monitoring and performance optimization through all channels. Collaborates with designers to improve user experience. Measures performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytical tools for web and apps. Acquires insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors. Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company Overseeing the digital marketing budget Research advertising trends Research competitors' pricing and products Decide on appropriate placement of ads Determine what content will reach customers Implement email marketing campaigns Measure digital traffic, monitor social media and Google Analytics Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders Scale campaigns to maximize ROI Monitor project status and budget Conduct market research to inform campaigns Required Skills: 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing strategy / operations and mass media engagement in (English). Bachelor degree in Mass Communication or Marketing or any relevant. Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Digital Marketing. Proofreading and Editing of the received content from seniors. Web Proficiency. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.). Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Knowledge of Photoshop basics. Computer Software Proficiency. Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience.
