Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine ranking
- Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and other website elements to increase conversion rates
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
- Analyze data to measure performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies
- Experience with website design and conversion rate optimization
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and management tools
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with lead generation and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
