The digital marketing senior analyst will support with the digital marketing strategy build for Cigna Healthcare MEA. The candidate will be leading and driving the digital marketing plans for the region to achieve marketing & business objectives \xe2\x80\x93 the responsibilities include website management, search engine optimization, digital marketing campaigns and CX enhancement & customer engagem digital projects.
The candidate will also oversee the direct channel performance through digital.
The successful candidate must have strong technical experience in the digital space and should keep abreast with market trends and best practices.
Digital
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and meta tags to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives \xe2\x80\x93 across multiple channels and platforms, including Social Media
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics. Identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize websites and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, analyse user behaviour, and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive more conversions.
Mobile Marketing : Develop strategies to engage with mobile users through mobile advertising, responsive web design, mobile apps, or SMS marketing campaigns.
UX Design and enhancement
Drive digital projects to enhance the Customer Experience and Drive Customer Engagement \xe2\x80\x93 working closely with CX team
Direct Marketing
