Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing, Social Media & Sales Specialist who can manage our online presence and actively contribute to client acquisition and business development. The ideal candidate should be creative, result-oriented and able to design marketing content while also driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Design high-quality visual content for posts, stories, campaigns and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, email newsletters, etc.) Coordinate and manage social media content calendars Monitor performance and analytics to improve engagement and reach Approach and engage potential clients through calls, emails and visits Prepare and send quotations and proposals, and follow up with prospects Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills

Proven experience in social media marketing and sales Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Ability to create eye-catching graphics and visual content Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of social media trends, analytics and reporting tools Self-motivated, proactive and result-driven
Preferred

Experience in video editing / Reels creation Basic photography and photo editing skills Knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Meta / Google)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
