Description

Our University is looking for Digital Marketing to lead on the development and enhancement of the University's online presence through campaigns, social media, third-party sites and other digital channels, communicating with multi-leveled, dynamic audiences using robust evaluation processes to inform activity.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 3-5 years of work experience in this field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing in University
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing page and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Experiencewith eCommerce platforms.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and complex communications for a wide range of audiences (internal and external to the university) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fully conversant with the English Language, capable of producing presentations and high quality written report
  • Excellent ICT skills, including experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion at all times
  • A strong team player who is comfortable taking the lead in certain key areas of responsibility as well as being happy to take a supporting role in other situations
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Producing media-rich content for our online channels, in particular audiovisual, and the manipulation of graphic design work across digital platforms
  • Working with the Marketing Manager on the development of digital marketing strategies for the University including the review and revision of existing solutions and recommending new online solutions including web, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing, email and social media campaigns.
  • Effective day-to-day maintenance of the BCU RAK websites, and our data on external sites, working closely with colleagues to ensure online content is up-to-date and maximizes all new opportunities for increased coverage
  • Managing our corporate social media channels; liaising regularly with the key staff who utilize social media accounts
  • Take full responsibility for the content that appears on our own digital channels and those of third party suppliers ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Procure digital agency services to achieve campaign objectives, ensuring best value and managing performance
  • Report regularly to University committees and groups, and external bodies as required, influencing strategic decisions related to online marketing
  • Manage a complex budget, agree on expenditure levels and ensure costs are apportioned correctly and make the best use of resources in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used. Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns. Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success. Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms. Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Develop new strategies by studying new trends. Increases marketing effectiveness by identifying long-term and short-term goals. Measures team performance (KPIs). Strategize to increase performance (ROI) through insights. Carries out conversion tests and reports. Co-ordination between internal teams. Identify trends and execute SEO campaigns. Collect data, analyze results. Increase ROI of paid campaigns.
  • Analyze website analytics using relevant tools. Execute paid campaigns. Optimize landingpages. In-depth competitor analysis. Link building. Keyword discovery and expansion. Recommend changes to website and content to boost rankings.
  • Manage and develop the brand's e-commerce strategy. Increase conversion rate through campaigns and other marketing efforts. Deliver the best customer experience. Planningdigital content marketing strategies. Leveraging latest trends. coming up with relatablecontent.
  • Create engaging content to drive sales. Measure marketing results of various campaigns.
  • To undertake administrative duties as required by the role
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
