Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Umm Al Quwain Role and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for the mattress company. - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing initiatives that align with business goals and target audience. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. - Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. - Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking. - Oversee social media presence and content strategy, including creating and posting engaging content, monitoring user interactions, and driving engagement and follower growth. - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and persuasive digital assets, including banners, videos, and infographics. - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvement. - Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives. - Track and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, best practices, and tools. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as PPC platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in managing social media platforms and implementing social media marketing campaigns. - Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for campaign execution and analysis. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
