Digital/Social Media marketing

Introduction:
External marketing of the business by delivering high quality, visually impactful online and offline communications through the extensive use of web-based platforms, digital and social media and traditional marketing communications techniques. To develop and support the on-going branding of the business. The role is based in Hamriyah FZ, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To plan and develop marketing strategy of the company

2. To create, maintain and enhance company brand

3. To create, maintain and enhance company marketing collaterals and social media marketing

4, Accountable for all marketing activities related to the company and its various divisions and subdivisions.

Deliverables

1. Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department and the management. This should detail the year\xe2\x80\x99s activity to meet agreed company objectives

2. Create an active 3 month rolling marketing activity program and track its progress and completion and report accordingly.

3. Create marketing budgets for an FY and track and report use of budget

4. Provide advice and support to the management team, company departments and regional offices regarding the use of branding and track and report the success of brand creation.

5. Track and report social media marketing initiatives and successes

Tasks & Activities

1. Champion the appropriate use of marketing technologies and techniques within the business to drive prospects and customer engagement and support clear articulation of key company products and services.

2. Work with designers and developers to create engaging content/graphics to support the customer engagement experience and companies\xe2\x80\x99 image in the market on a variety of platforms, including the website, Cloud, social media sites etc.

3. Develop templates for a range of company documents, marketing collateral and sales tools, such as corporate stationery, PowerPoint slides, leaflets, posters, flyers, brochures, datasheets, case studies, newsletters, e-letters, videos and DVDs

4. Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups with clients to assess need, record client experience, collate improvement strategies, enhance present successful initiatives which would help recommend and refine company solutions and service offerings

5. Monitor competitor activity

6. Contribute to, and develop, marketing plans and strategies and industry sector specific campaigns

7. Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions

8. Maintain and update customer databases.

9. To explore sales prospects using market intelligence tools and identify prospects and initiate primary communication with the clients to assess requirements and further engage with them along with the sales team.

Educational Attainments:

\xc2\xb7 Educated to a graduate degree and desirable to have a degree in Marketing, Media Studies or Communication

Sector Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in any of Oil & Gas, Utilities, Industries, renewables or infrastructure sectors is desirable.
